I enjoyed this meetup overall, but would have liked it more if I could hear all of the presenters. Some were soft spoken and difficult to hear in the back of the room over the "ambient noise". Mics could help with this issue.
    •  Good speakers, smart and diverse.

Great speakers - interesting and informative presentations! Classy snack setup as usual. This is the 3rd meeting I've been to, and the only thing that I find frustrating is this: I can't understand why the slideshow is always interrupted by the operator suddenly going to the wrong photo, or ending the slideshow altogether and not being able to get it going again. This is disruptive to both the presenter as well as the viewer and there is no reason why a simple series of images need to always be messed up on the computer. A digital slideshow is a straightforward, easy to manage operation and after all this time, there is no reason they should still be malfunctioning so inexcusably during these presentations. Why is this still happening??? It won't stop me from attending - I mostly just feel bad for the poor presenters who have to deal with it.
